Dan Mozes
Founder & CEO
Dan has been embedded in this industry for 15+ years serving his community and following his ETHOS. As a former athlete and professional football player, Dan knows what it takes to mentor, train and develop youth athletes, average joe's, professional athletes and anyone in between.
Dan has helped first time athletes and first round draft picks by understanding how to adapt, develop, train and motivate individuals by taking the time to get to know them, understand their goals and create custom plans that are specific to helping them achieve their goals and find their ETHOS.

Martha Mozes
Human Resources
Martha has worked in the Strength and Conditioning field for over four years. Playing collegiate soccer sparked her passion for strength and conditioning. Upon graduating with her degree in Exercise Science, she became a full-time strength coach.
Recently, Martha has transitioned into the administrative side of the business. At Ethos, she oversees Human Resources along with numerous day to day objectives.
Martha loves spending time with her family (Dan, Waylon, JoJo and Samson) and spending time at Ethos.
She is grateful to be able to do both at the same time!
Jake Handloser
Assistant Strength Coach
Jake is currently in pursuit of obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training. Jake has been in the fitness and sports industry for over 8 years as an All-Conference Novi high school wrestler.He has continued his career, and is currently a competitor in jiu-jitsu.
Jake takes great pride in his work and is eager to develop young athletes.
When he is not training athletes or training himself, he loves spending his time hunting, fishing, golfing and up north with his family.
Katelyn Meck
Assistant Strength Coach
Katelyn is an alumna of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors in Clinical Exercise Science. Initially her interests were in physical therapy but with time, she became much more passionate about the exercise and coaching to help her clients achieve the stronger and healthier person they aspired to be.
Having been a personal trainer since 2016, Katelyn has worked with people of all different backgrounds and ages. While the aging population and women have been her expertise, she welcomes the challenge and enjoyment of working with athletes.
Katelyn enjoys spending her time playing hockey ice hockey, reading and traveling/camping with her husband, Kevin and their dog, Draco.
Ryan VanWallaghen
Assistant Strength Coach
Ryan recently graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Exercise Science. At 19, he found a love for fitness which helped him lose over 100 lbs and never looked back. His passion for exercise lead him to Ethos with the goal of helping others along their fitness journey.
Don Moran
Assistant Strength Coach
Don graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors in athletic training and with a masters in exercise science from Syracuse University. Don has experiences working as an athletic trainer with a strength and conditioning background with the following institutions: Henry Ford Health, Syracuse University, University of Michigan, Rice University, and most recently was the Head Athletic Trainer for Wayne State Football before joining the Ethos staff.
Don has had experiences working with all sorts of athletes and sports including; Football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, hockey, gymnastics, tennis, golf, etc. during his time as an athletic trainer. A Divine Child alum, Don grew up playing football, basketball, and baseball. He has an intense passion to make people around him more athletic, and ultimately healthier.
Don enjoys spending time staying active outside, particularly on the water, playing basketball, and traveling with his fiancée, Alyssa.
Shane Hall
Ethos South Lyon Director / Head Strength Coach
Shane is an Alma College graduate. He started off as a personal trainer and has been working for Dan for 6 years now, transitioning into a Strength Coach. He has focused on the development of our athletes, and also is a part of ETHOS Human Regeneration Program. Shane enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, stepson, Daxson, and daughter, Shane Rene.
Zack Megyesi
Head Coach - Victory Ice Center
Zack earned his Bachelor’s in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University in 2020. Eager to get his career started, he set a full time coaching job at Ethos in his sights and never looked back. He enjoys showing up to the gym every day because the people and environment make it feel like home. Zack believes the best job is the one that doesn’t feel like a job at all. At just 24 years old, he is fortunate enough to have over 5 years of experience working with an array of populations and disciplines within the exercise science industry so early in his career.
Viola Gowen

Hello! I’m Vi Gowen, founder and owner of Hover & Graze. As a dedicated meal prep specialist, I craft nutritious and delicious meals tailored for athletes and anyone striving to make healthier life choices.
My passion for cooking is deeply rooted in my love for supporting my family. Balancing a busy household with the demands of children’s sports has given me firsthand experience in creating meals that fuel performance and support an active lifestyle. I truly believe that cooking is my love language, and every meal I prepare is a testament to my commitment to health and well-being.
My mission with Hover & Graze is to simplify your life with access to better nutrition. Whether you’re training hard or just aiming to improve your eating habits, I am here to provide meals that nourish the body and soul.
Corbin Boone
Director of Plymouth Ethos
Corbin Boone has worked in the athletic training field alongside Dan Mozes for over 6 years. In that time he has acquired a broad set of experiences and has honed the skill sets required for assessing and training individuals from all walks of life. Corbin’s coaching experiences are broad and diverse; he has worked with people of all ages and of all levels and backgrounds ranging from youth athletes to pro athletes to individuals with various neurological injuries and many more.
Corbin takes great pride and finds fulfillment in being able to work with and impact so many people from so many varied histories and experiences. He feels blessed to truly love his work and that he may call many clients whom he’s come to know well as true friends.
Pam McRoberts
Assistant to CEO & Client Representative
Pam graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. After graduating college, she decided to start her family and raise her kids until they were in school and then became a Teacher / Paraeducator. Seven years ago Pam became a Client Representative and she loves the Ethos culture and considers her clients and collegues as friends and family members.
When she is not working she loves spending time with her family at her lake house or binge watching the latest Netflix saga with her husband.
Leah Collins
Assistant to CEO & Client Representative
As a former collegiate athlete, Leah is well versed in the strength industry. Following her career as a college volleyball player, she began to coach volleyball for 10+ years.
Throughout her time as a coach, she saw the need for restorative yoga for athletes. She also gained a passion for yoga and strength training after going through multiple back surgeries of her own. These needs, combined with her passion for yoga led Leah to create her own practice. Leah is the proud owner and founder of Slate Athletic Yoga; an athletic yoga program designed to meet the unique recovery demands of sports and strength training.
Leah also puts her talent in administration into practice as the Client Representative at Ethos Human Performance. You can find her smiling face at both our Plymouth and South Lyon location.
When Leah is not working, she loves: working out at Ethos, practicing yoga, cheering on her four children at their high-level sports competitions, playing golf, and teaching athletic teams the benefits of restorative yoga."

Kelli Curtiss
Nutritionist
Kelli Curtiss RD is a Registered Dietitian with a background in clinical and sports nutrition. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & a minor in Dance.
Kelli is certified through AASDN as a Sports Nutritionist. Being a lifelong fitness enthusiast has led to Kelli being a certified instructor in Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and TRX. Furthermore, she has competed as a natural bodybuilder for OCB, has finished multiple marathons and is always looking for new challenges.
Kelli worked five seasons with the Erie Otters hockey team of the OHL. More recently she has done clinical work within LTC facilities but her passion for athletes has her gravitating back towards working with local youth teams.
As a mother of four, Kelli understands the importance of being organized and prepared to achieve our fitness goals. Fueling her family with nutrient dense foods is her passion. Sharing this passion with athletes is something Kelli is excited to do: regardless of sport. In order for our bodies to meet all the demands we ask of it; we must nourish it with nutrient dense foods.
Maureen Stoecklein
Head Dietician
Maureen has served as a registered dietitian for over 25 years. She retired in 2022 form her position as a full-time firefighter/paramedic for Canton Township.
While serving as a firefighter in Canton Township MI, she spent three seasons as Team Performance Dietitian for the New York Mets baseball organization. Currently, she is in her second season as the MLB Nutrition Coordinator for the Detroit Tigers.
An accomplished athlete, Maureen understands the importance of solid nutrition for optimum performance. She has been working with Ethos Human Performance athletes for over 10 years and was selected as one of four women in the United States to represent Brawny Paper towels Strength Has No Gender Campaign and was featured in Crain’s Business Magazine.
Maureen’s passion for nutrition and fitness and the many athletes, coaches, mentors and colleagues she has met along the way inspire her to share her love of healthy food and insights to help other succeed!
